The official site synopsis is here The Enterprise having travel back through time to the year 1968 to study Earth history intercepts an alien transporter beam. Materializing in the transporter room is Gary Seven and his cat Isis. Seven claims to be a human trained by an alien race and sent back to Earth to watch over humanity. Kirk’s dilemma is Seven telling the truth or is he an alien out to destroy the human race.

The Master is a renegade Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey who has faced the Doctor many times and has had many different schemes throughout his lifetime. He and the Doctor we once close friends at the academy but when they left Galifrey they went on very different paths. While the Doctor decided that he wanted merely to observe and help the universe, the Master decided that he wanted to rule it and that there are only two ways to live, you either rule or you serve, and he was intent to rule. Some of the Master’s many plots include trying to start a war between Earth and Draconia, trying to prevent the signing of the Magna Carter and trying to create a paradox where the human race is destroyed by what it would become in the future.

When Moya is attacked by Halos-1, a hostile ship, the crew discovers that rather than being injured, they have all swapped minds. Zhaan, on a diplomatic mission to the alien ship, is the only one unaffected. The Halosians then plant an acidic weapon in Moya’s neural cluster, so that not only is the crew in a state of bodily confusion, they must also deal with the acid burning through Moya’s circuits. Zhaan, with no way of getting to the crew, must contend with the Halosians on her own.

A street on an English housing estate. A banner shows that it’s 2012 and the London Olympics are near. The camera pans around to a Child Missing poster. And old lady sees some boys playing playing outside, she tells the to go inside “it’s happening again” she says, she can feel something.

In her room a little girl is singing to herself. She goes to her desk and starts to draw one of the boys. Outside the boy vanishes. The picture the girl just drew comes alive, screaming.
